Dar al-Qalam collects only the information reasonably necessary to operate subscriptions, fulfil protected digital delivery, respond to enquiries, maintain billing support, and meet legal obligations.

Information collected may include name, email address, account credentials, payment-related identifiers from Stripe, enquiry messages, subscription status, and technical diagnostics such as IP address and user agent for security and fraud-prevention purposes.

Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored directly by Dar al-Qalam. Subscriber and enquiry records may be stored in managed infrastructure providers acting on Dar al-Qalam’s instructions.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information by contacting the published support address, subject to retention obligations required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or contractual reasons.
